Bob Davis is the Owner and President of Hartland Homes. He has owned Hartland Homes for 10 years and been a general contractor for more than three decades. Starting his construction career on high-rises in downtown Detroit, Bob has worked on a variety of projects from commercial to residential. A self-professed workaholic, Bob enjoys personal contact with our customers and can assist you in every facet of your project. What time he takes off is usually spent on the golf course or with his grandchildren.

Connie Shepherd is our newest member of our staff. She is the Office Manager/Sales Associate.  New to the business, she is quickly learning the differences between Modular and Manufactured!! If she can't answer all your questions yet, you can be sure that she will find out the answers for you.  She enjoys working with the public and strives to give great customer service to all of our customers.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
